Option 2: Serve as Your Local Agent for Jackson Rental Registration Program 

If you own rental property in Jackson and don’t live in the City of Jackson you need a local agent based on the current laws.

  • We will handle all your electronic filing and registrations with the City of Jackson.
  • We will keep you complaint and in good standing with the City of Jackson.
  • $100 a year Local Agent Fee for your first property and $50 for each additional property.
