- 10% Management Fee (prices negotiable for portfolios and houses over $1,900 monthly rent) [$99 minimum]
- Serve as Local Agent for Jackson Rental Registration Program
- Leasing Fee – 50% of one month’s rent ($500 minimum)
- Annual Renewal Fee – $0
- Leasing management and application underwriting
- 24/7 resident communication

- Maintenance and Work Order Fulfillment

- Electronic statements and disbursements at the end of every month

Option 2: Serve as Your Local Agent for Jackson Rental Registration Program
If you own rental property in Jackson and don’t live in the City of Jackson you need a local agent based on the current laws.
- We will handle all your electronic filing and registrations with the City of Jackson.
- We will keep you complaint and in good standing with the City of Jackson.
- $100 a year Local Agent Fee for your first property and $50 for each additional property.
