Monthly management fee: 8% of collected rent
- 8% of the rent collected each month
- $89 monthly minimum per property
- No monthly fee when no rent is collected. If your property is vacant or the tenant doesn’t pay, you owe no management fee for that month.
Onboarding and tenant placement
- Setup: $99 per property, only when onboarding needs a complex setup. Straightforward transfers are free.
- Tenant placement: $750 per placement, including leasing and thorough application screening.
Lease renewals
Lease renewal: $99, charged only when the rent increases at renewal. Includes a market analysis and rent review.
