GPM Sales & Management, LLC manages qualifying rental properties in selected areas of the Jackson, Mississippi metro area. On the coverage map below, green areas are the areas GPM accepts.

Coverage includes Canton, Madison, Ridgeland, and Tougaloo in Madison County; Clinton, southwest Jackson, Byram, Fondren, and Belhaven in Hinds County; and Pearl, Brandon, the Reservoir area, and Langford in Rankin County.

Not every property qualifies. Before accepting a property, GPM evaluates its location, rental potential, condition, and overall suitability for the management program.
